Vision for Summa Church
Our prayer and vision for this church plant is that it would serve as an agent of change in the lives of the people of South Boston, proclaiming the truth of Jesus’ death and resurrection in a meaningful way, and showing how His gospel has an impact on every area of their lives. The church will then send them back into the city as missionaries for Jesus. When gathered, the church will be a joyful body of believers worshiping Jesus and learning from Jesus. When scattered, the church will be numerous missionaries living for Jesus and influencing culture upstream in a creative and influential city.
Vision for Boston
Our vision for the city of Boston is to see the city increasingly know the peace of Christ through the faithful witness of a people living on mission for Jesus. We long to see lives transformed, culture redeemed, and a city filled with joy in the Lord.
